Principal Responsibilities:
- Execution of a significant pipeline of existing advisory mandates
- Review of private equity investment opportunities
- Deal origination for private equity and advisory business
Job Requirements:
- More than 5 years in private equity or investment banking
- Track record of managed and successfully closed deals
- Ability to manage group of analysts
- Ability to multi-task and develop client relationship that will lead to potential transaction
- Knowledge of modeling, industry analysis, and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and good command of English language
