Analyst, Investment department

Analyst profile:

• Graduate of one of the top universities (MSU, HSE, FA, etc)


• More than 1 year of relevant experience (see below)


• Robust financial and analytical skill set.


• High level of financial modeling and presentation skills


• Eager to work hard (including weekends and holidays)


• Mature, ready to solve non-standard tasks


• Team player


• Fluent English is a must

The most ideal background for analysts and associates would be:

• Leading Investment Bank or Private equity fund


• Strategy consulting (e.g. McKinsey)


• Research department of well-known investment bank


• Valuation or M&A groups from Big 4

Principal responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team on analyzing M&A transactions, potential and existing proprietary investments and other transactions


• Valuation of companies


• Financial modeling


• Preparation presentations, pitch books, info memo and other documents


• Perform industry and company analysis
