The Sputnik Group focuses its philanthropical activities on fostering Russia’s youth and reviving the best patriotic traditions in education.

In 1999 Boris Jordan established the Aleksei Jordan Cadet Corps Support Fund, named after his late father Alexei Jordan, who was one of the initiators of the Cadet Corps revival in Russia. The Fund has been providing financial and methodological support to more than 60 Cadet Corps throughout the Russian Federation. The Fund’s programs include yearly bonus grants to teaching officers, training courses for directors and teachers, and the funding of publications promoting the Cadet Corps and documenting its history.
